step we will define the consulting

expectation and the desired

outcome

This is the information gathering

stage. All company procedures and

systems will be analyzed. Stated

and discovered problems will be

diagnosed. Data will be collected

so it can be analyzed

ANALYSIS

All collected information will be

categorized and evaluated into 4

verticals: strength, in need of

improvement, weakness, and lacking

ACTION PLAN

An actionable plan will be created.

Each item will have detailed action

steps and touch points in order to

achieve the desired outcome

IMPLEMENTATION

This is the rollout stage. Once all new processes, systems, and ideas have been shaped, team members will be trained on the how-to. The tone will be set for the company's future success

EVALUATION

All implemented items will be evaluated to ensure not only that they were understood by the team but also to ensure sustainability

DEBRIEF

Closing meeting to evaluate the consultation and determine if goals were met.  At this stage, the client will elect to either extend the process or terminate
